Designed in 2019 by LSA Architects, this beachfront restaurant and bar in Polhena is a stunning transformation of an old building into a modern tourist attraction. The design masterfully blends colonial and contemporary architecture, using rustic materials to maintain its coastal charm while introducing a fresh, modern aesthetic. The open-concept layout enhances natural light and ventilation, creating a relaxed, tropical ambiance. The space includes a bar, restaurant, two guest rooms, and essential services, making it ideal for both casual visitors and extended stays. A large garden area provides the perfect setting for outdoor parties and social events, adding to its appeal as a vibrant entertainment hub. This project showcases the seamless fusion of history and modernity, offering a unique beachfront destination that attracts both locals and tourists.
